FND Insurance General Clarification Text on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data

In accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), as the data controller, FND INSURANCE hereby informs you regarding the processing of your personal data, the purposes of transfer, the legal grounds, and your rights.

This data is processed based on the following legal grounds set forth in Article 5 of the KVKK:

• It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill their legal obligations,

• Data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

5. Rights of the Data Subject Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data by applying to our company:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed,

• To request information if your personal data has been processed,

• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,

• To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,

• To request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,

• To request the erasure or destruction of personal data framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,

• To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

• To request compensation for damages in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.
